While many stylists rushed to complete quests and collect diamonds, this cozy side activity encouraged them to slow down, frame the world, and capture memories. And yet, how many had overlooked it entirely?

What is the Expedition Handbook in Infinity Nikki?

The Expedition Handbook is a unique collectible feature that challenges players to take photos at specific scenic spots across Miraland. To access it, one simply selects the booklet icon in the top-right corner of Photo Mode. Tabs for each major region—such as Wishfield and Itzaland—line the top, and each region holds its own set of photo objectives. Completing a location rewards three Upgrade Packs, which can be exchanged with NPCs like Leila in Florawish to unlock new poses, or used to level up Lighting, Pose, and Filter options via the Camera Modifications menu.

But here's the catch: after snapping the perfect shot, one must press the 'Upload' button on the top-right side of the Photo Mode menu before closing it. Otherwise, the photo won't be marked as complete. Isn't it easy to forget such a small step?

Expedition Handbook Location 27 – Great Lumieville

This spot is found in the city of Great Lumieville, specifically on the south side of the open atrium area. Nikki made sure the giant white tree was in the background as she posed. What could be more serene than a portrait framed by ancient branches?

Expedition Handbook Location 28 – Hall of Return (Great Lumieville)

Also in Great Lumieville, this location requires entering the instanced Hall of Return area on the north side of the first floor. Once inside, Nikki approached the dais in the center of the room and posed in front of the rotating pendulum. Who would have thought a pendulum could make such a dramatic backdrop?

Expedition Handbook Location 29 – Soul Washing Pool (Great Lumieville)

Once again in Great Lumieville, Nikki headed to the center of the open atrium on the first level. She climbed the spiral stairs to the Soul Washing Pool at the top and posed on the edge of the pool. The shimmering water reflected the sky—what better way to capture the essence of renewal?

Expedition Handbook Location 30 – Healing Ground

East of Great Lumieville lies the Healing Ground. Nikki ran around to the west side of the area, where she found a Meditation spot. She posed next to it with her lens facing toward the center of the Healing Ground. Can a photograph truly heal? Perhaps not, but it certainly preserves the feeling.

Expedition Handbook Location 31 – The Soul Observatory

Down at the Soul Observatory on the southwest side of the region, Nikki posed at the top of the waterfall in front of the observatory building. The mist and the architecture created a mystical atmosphere. Isn't it amazing how a single frame can tell a story of souls and stars?

Expedition Handbook Location 32 – Dragon's Lair Peak

On the east side of the region, on the cliffs just past the Cultivarium and before the Hollowbreath Passage, Nikki posed in front of the Dragon's Lair peak seen in the far distance to the north, with the eclipse overhead. She made sure to get the whole landscape in the photo. If the prompt didn't pop, she considered getting on top of one of the rock ledges. What a view—who wouldn't want to freeze that moment?

Expedition Handbook Location 33 – Memorial Site

North of Great Lumieville, at the Memorial Site, Nikki ran up the main path and posed in front of the Stonehenge-style memorial display. The stones stood silent and solemn. How many stories could they tell if they could speak?

Expedition Handbook Location 34 – Blue Pools

Finally, in the Blue Pools area south of Great Lumieville, Nikki followed the main path along the south side until she reached a ledge overlooking the pools along the beach coast. The blue water sparkled like gems. What could be more peaceful than ending an expedition with a view like this?
